Gotham/GC ImagesKristin Cavallari is keeping her options open as she heads into 2025.
“She’s going out with someone, but it’s not serious,” a source tells us exclusively Us Weekly. “He doesn’t live in Tennessee, but has been visiting her in Nashville.”
The insider adds that Cavallari, 37, has dated “several people” since her divorce Mark Estes. “For the most part, they’re not famous,” the source notes Us that Cavallari embraces his next chapter. “She’s enjoying her singleness.”
Cavallari revealed during the Monday, December 30, episode of the “Dumb Blonde” podcast that she has been seeing someone. “I’m kind of dating someone else now,” she said. “I won’t say who it is and it’s really new.”
While remaining tight-lipped about the mystery man, Cavallari said he is a “retired athlete.” Cavallari, who divorced the former NFL quarterback Jay Cutler in 2020 after seven years of marriage, he said: “They love me, I think. … I off—take the WAG all the way.” (Cavallari and Cutler share children Camden, 12, Jaxon, 10, and Saylor, 9.)
The Laguna Beach Alun guessed her new husband is a “good guy” who “checks all the boxes” and is in his 40s with children from a previous relationship.
“F—, that’s what I’ve been needing, so we’ll see! He is coming to stay with me in a few days,” she said. “He retired a few years ago and he has so much depth and I just love talking to him. … We connect on so many different levels, which is great.”
Cavallari’s update on her dating life comes months after she and the Montana Boyz member, 24, called it quits. In September, a source confirmed to Us that Cavallari and Estes – who have a 13-year age difference – broke up.
After their split, Cavallari said she ended their relationship because she knew it was “not right” for the long term.
“It’s not because of love lost or anything bad happening. No one cheated. No one was mean. No one did anything,” she said during an October episode of her “Let’s Be Honest” podcast. “Those breakups are always the hardest, I think, because it’s almost easier if the guy does something that makes you hate him.”

Dipping her toe back into the dating pool, Cavallari said she didn’t want anything “serious” at the moment — but she’s still looking to tie the knot.
“I’m not kidding though. I’m saying it right now. … My next boyfriend is going to be my next husband,” Cavallari said on an episode of her podcast in November. “I’ve already put it out there.”
